Check out the latest NUTS video Wave 3…NUTS!! to CBS Save Jericho!! at YouTube.

The NUTS campaign has now hit 16,467 lbs (7,469.30 kg) which is one hell of a lot of NUTS for CBS to deal with.

Will good overcome evil and CBS finally agree to a second season? It has happened before (that a show has been picked up again), e.g. Star Trek, Cagney and Lacey, Family Guy and a few others … so let’s hope it happens with Jericho, too!

Many of us are hoping that Jericho is saved. For those of you reading this who are Jericho fans and want the show to be saved, there are various ways to join the campaign:

By saying NUTS to CBS and contribute to the mass bombardment of NUTS.

It’s great to be able to watch actual results of the NUTS bombardment, especially those who have made a contribution to it get a buzz from seeing their package delivered. At this time, Jericho fans have bombarded CBS with 15947 lbs (which is roughly 7233.44 kg). That’s one hell of a lot of NUTS!!

Also check out the TV.com Jericho forum where you will find many other Jericho fans to discuss tactics and support each other in fight to Save Jericho and also sign up at Jericho Rally Point’s forum as it’s a very active community which seems to be the centre of most activity.

Finally, for those of you who have not… sign the petition!!

Some Jericho fans believe that Jericho was saved, due to a message issued by CBS alluding to that.

However, the sad fact is there is no concrete confirmation of saviour, of a mini-series or a second season.

Say NUTS to CBS and join the many great campaigns such as Nuts Online, Jericho Lives and Save Jericho.

However, please remember - while it’s great to express your disappointment at the cancellation and desire for renewal, don’t spam or behave abusively. The people you will be talking to most likely won’t be the decision makers and really don’t deserve any grief. It’s the people at the very top who made the decision. Not the receptionist or PR Officer.

Over the years, UK TV has degenerated drastically. It is now full of dull reality TV shows (far too many of them) and mundane soap operas.

There are a few good shows such as Doctor Who, The Office, and very few others versus the deluge of reality TV “I’m a celebrity” trash. And of course the few good shows we have usually end up with an American spin-off (US version of The Office, and the forthcoming US version of The IT Crowd) … but that’s not necessarily a bad thing as after all right now it’s the USA we have to look to for decent TV shows now (as much as I hate to admit it).
